These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the customer portal and related notifications provided by Anthill Crossdocking (“Anthill,” “we,” “us”). By registering for or using the portal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Portal accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, inaccurate, or misused.
2. Our services
The portal lets approved customers view and manage items such as quotes, rate confirmations, appointments, and documents. Crossdocking and warehousing services are governed by your quote, rate confirmation, or separate written agreement with us. If those documents conflict with these terms, they control for the services they cover.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the portal. This includes trying to access other customers’ information, interfering with the portal’s operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or uploading harmful code or content.
4. Text messaging (SMS) terms
- Program: Anthill Crossdocking account and shipment notifications, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, document signing requests, and status updates.
- How you opt in: by checking the optional text message consent box on our portal registration form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of using the portal or buying any service.
- Frequency and costs: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts from this program.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@anthillcrossdocking.com or (626) 206-8293.
- Carriers: wireless carriers and their service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The portal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and liability for warehousing and transportation services is governed by the documents described in Section 2.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
