This Privacy Policy explains how Anthill Crossdocking (“Anthill,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our customer portal, register as a customer, or receive messages from us.
1. Information we collect
- Registration and account information: your name, company name, email address, phone number, billing address, and business identifiers such as DOT or MC numbers, plus any reference you give us.
- Service records: quotes, rate confirmations, appointments, check-in and check-out records, work orders, invoices, and related notes and documents.
- Mobile number and text consent: if you agree to receive text messages, we keep your mobile number and a record of when and how you agreed.
- Technical information: basic log data such as sign-in times and the pages or features you use, kept to secure and operate the portal.
2. How we use information
We use information to set up and manage your account, provide crossdocking and warehousing services, schedule appointments, prepare quotes and invoices, send service notifications by email or text, keep the portal secure, meet legal obligations, and answer your questions. We do not use your information for unrelated advertising.
3. Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in, we send operational text messages about your account and shipments, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, document signing requests, and status updates. Consent to texts is optional and is not required to use the portal or buy any service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may share your number only with service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with (a) service providers that help us run the portal, such as hosting, email delivery, and text messaging providers, who may use it only to provide services to us; (b) others when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and (c) a successor business if we are involved in a merger or sale of assets.
5. Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. After that we delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of non-essential messages, by contacting us below. We may keep information we are required to retain by law. Email notifications related to your account or services may continue while you hold an account.
8. Children
Our portal is for business customers and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date above.
